it's great value, had a fine stay for the price. the location in a shopping area was perfect and there were a shopping area and different stores nearby. visited few places in the centre, not very far from the hotel.

I recently came back from a fantastic stay at this budget-friendly hotel. the rooms were spacious and very clean. the hotel is conveniently located near Quinta Avenida and offers great views of the street.

Everything was perfectly fine, excellent staff, excellent location so close to shops, restaurants and casa de cambio and the Playa del Carmen park. All I could ask for, great value. The room was a nice size and brand-new, had a very enjoyable stay for the price. Meals were great, and there was Fusion Beach Bar Cuisine near the hotel.

Great value for a modest hotel with an ideal beachfront location. Lovely building and rooms featuring main queen beds. - the accommodating staff is pleasant and friendly towards all guests.

The pool is nice. The restaurant (Vista al Mar) has a good breakfast, which was included in the room rate. It also has tasty and cheap mojitos! The location of the hotel is perfect between the 5th street and the beach and very near the ado bus station, from where you can take a bus E.G. to Cancún or straight to the airport. The Wi-Fi worked quite well inside the room and in the pool area, (but not at the restaurant).

We didn't like our room that much. We reserved a junior suite with 1 extra large double bed and 1 single bed, with pool or street view. The single bed was quite uncomfortable. The room we got didn't have a view at all. It was on the ground floor and from two windows we could see a wall which divides the hotel from another one, and from one window we saw the door of another room. We asked for another room, but there were no other rooms available for 3 persons. We had reserved our room 5 months in advance and I emailed the hotel a week before arrival. There are better hotels at the same price in the area.
